New Age Realty, LLC is a "Paperless" office/Brokerage - we train and educate our agents on New Age technology and devices. We understand that most agents are now using their mobile devices to streamline their services to their clients/customers. We also realized that most agent and Brokerages do not utilize all of the potential that these devices have to offer. Here at New Age Realty, LLC we continually educate ourselves as well as our agents on the most up to date tools and equipment that can best utilize our time and our agents time. We understand how much your time is worth and how much our clients/customers time is worth. By optimizing everyones time; allows our agents to be more advantageous; allowing everyone involved to have a good experience and to be more successful in their endeavors.

 

Our "Paperless" system allows our agents to; use their mobile devices to complete and submit an offer while viewing properties; to complete their Broker file(s) without having to print, fax, or email document(s) to the office administrator (No hard files) - you can complete your file(s) from home or while on vacation; as long as your file is complete the Brokerage may send your commission check by direct deposit - no need to come in to the office all though you are ALWAYS welcomed too.

 

Our office is accessible 24/7 - we have an executive assistant; we have agent work stations and a private back office that includes a conference table for meeting clients; we also have an executive conference room for private and larger group meetings.

Partner in New Age Realty. I have been in the real estate industry for over 14 years. I started my career in real estate in 2000 as an intern appraiser. In 2003 I received my structural inspection license. In 2005 I received my Sales Person license and began my career as a REALTOR®. In my first four years as a REALTOR® I worked for a big box name and found that my clients/customers were not interested in my brand name but in me as an individual and my knowledge of the market and as a real estate agent. I found that by aligning myself with the right Broker/Brokerage that I could be very successful as a REALTOR® - I've found that paying a big box Brokerage a high monthly fee, plus a franchise fee, plus a transaction fee on top of my contracted split was a hard way to a profitable business. Yes, I did make good money, but I did not make GREAT money. I challenge you to take that leap of faith in yourself - that you can rely on your own wisdom and marketing to become a successful agent and a profitable buisness. Ken Quick is the broker and partner in New Age Realty, licensed since 1997 and a broker since 2002.  Ken was a franchisee of a national RE company in Charleston, SC for 4 years and returned back to Las Vegas in 2009.  He is the Property manger broker for New Age Realty also.   Over the past years he has been actively involved with  GLVAR serving on the Political Affairs committee, chairman of the Elections committee, chairman the Realtor Rally workgroup, chairman of the Education committee . Ken believes strongly in education and keeping up with the current changes… not status quo.

He believes that as Realtors© offices need to change with the consumers needs, not the way we did business in the past, we must embrace technology, join the paperless society while still providing personalized Service.
